Online Return Policy – Worry Free Returns!
Change your mind about your purchase? Did you buy the wrong gift? Are you dissatisfied with the product? No problem!
Sporting Life offers a 30 day Return Policy on all products unopened or unused. You must have your original receipt to claim a refund. All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Returns after 30 days will be processed to a Gift Card that can be used either online or in-store.

Online purchases may also be returned or exchanged at any Sporting Life Retail Location along with a printout of the original order receipt sent along with the delivery. No questions asked.
Online Return Process
Labels: Sporting Life provides a UPS Return Shipping Label with each shipment (marked RS on the label). Simply drop your return at a local UPS Store or call UPS at 1-877-742-5877 (PICK-UPS) to have your return package picked up at your location.
Packaging: When the returned item is shipped back to us, please use the original Sporting Life packing materials in which you received your order. If you ordered multiple items and are returning only one, we would ask that you choose a more appropriate sized carton.
Return Location: Your UPS Return Shipping Label will direct the return to a Sporting Life Return Location. Please do not attempt to send your product back to the manufacturer. If there is a warranty related issue, Sporting Life will contact the manufacturer for you and help with the process.
Exchanges: If you are requesting an exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call direct at 1-877-925-5585 before you send your return back to have a Customer Service Representative coordinate for a fast turnaround time.

Online Return and Exchange Fees
Label & Pick Up: Your return shipping label is pre-paid. You do not have to pay extra for it, and you will not be charged when you take your package to be dropped off at a UPS Store or if you have made arrangements to have your package picked up by UPS.
Restocking Fees: For all returns you will see a $10 flat Restocking fee reflected in your refund. Example: If your item was $100, your return value will be $90 (-100.00 + 10.00 Restocking Fee). Taxes applied will be calculated on the net value of the refund.
Original Shipping Fees: You will not be refunded for any original shipping fees paid on your order.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange a product because you have ordered the wrong size Sporting Life will exchange it free of any Restocking Fee or exchange shipping fee. You will not pay for the return shipment to Sporting Life or the shipment back to you unless there are additional shipping fees required to ship the item to you due to size/weight of the item or the shipping location.
Some special cases apply for oversize/overweight items or packages shipping from a remote location. Sporting Life will contact you in these cases.
In Store Purchases
Sporting Life is committed that every transaction is secure and accurate. To make the return as easy as possible please make sure to keep your receipt. Product purchased at regular price may be returned with the receipt within 14 days for a refund. Store credits will be issued for product returned after 14 days.
Sale Merchandise (great than 30% off) may be returned with the receipt for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
No refunds or exchanges on items without a receipt.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
No refunds or exchanges on swimwear, undergarments, worn or damaged product.
