SHIPPING INFORMATION AND POLICIES
Processing and Shipping Information:
All orders ship from Mississauga, Ontario. Online orders enter into processing the following business day after they are placed and require 3 business days for processing. Sporting Life does not ship on weekends or Statutory Holidays. Orders placed on a Friday will enter into processing the following Monday.
There are times when an order may require additional processing time due to the size of the order, location of the products, or volume of orders being processed. If your order is delayed, you will receive notification from our Customer Service Department.
International Shipping information and policies:
Sporting Life currently does not offer shipping outside of Canada.
International Credit Cards are not accepted. In some cases pre-authorization holds are placed on the card. Please note that these holds may take 5+ business days to process and be returned to the credit card used.
Shipping Rates and Services:
All orders are shipped via UPS. UPS makes deliveries Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am – 7:00 pm. Delivery timelines are given in business days. Orders that are over $99.00 before tax qualify for free ground shipping.
Expected Delivery Timeline:All parcels that are over $100.00 will have an Adult Signature Requirement. UPS will not release this parcel to the customer unless someone is available to sign for it. If you would like to have this option removed, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-925-5585.
Express Shipping: 2 – 4 Business Days - $25.00
Ground Shipping: 6 – 10 Business Days - $10.00
In some cases there will be an Additional Area Surcharge on your parcel. This is a shipping charge determined by UPS and is based on the destination of the shipment. If your order is shipping to a location that has an Area Surcharge, a Sporting Life Customer Service Representative will contact you. In some cases there may be a delay in your shipment as UPS may outsource your order to Canada Post or other couriers.
Tracking your order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from Sporting Life that includes a link to your UPS tracking information. Your tracking number should be active within 24-48 hours of the creation of your shipping label.
Out of stock items:
If an item is found to be unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy or another factor, the item will be removed from your order and you will be notified. You will not be charged for any items that are not available. When you submit an order through our online store, your credit card is pre-authorized for the total cost of the ordered product(s), applicable taxes, and shipping costs. When your order is shipped, Sporting Life will charge an amount that reflects the total cost of the shipped product(s), applicable taxes, and shipping costs. Items that are cancelled due to being out of stock will not be included in the final charge to your card.
Special Requests and Outstanding Circumstances:
If you require special attention to your shipment or have a request that falls outside of our stated policies and/or timelines, we may be able to accommodate you. For urgent requests, please contact our Customer Service Department during regular business hours (9:00 am – 9:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Saturday, and 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Sunday EST) at 1-877-925-5585.
