Returns and Exchanges

POLICY

Change your mind about your purchase? Did you buy the wrong gift? Are you dissatisfied with the product? No problem!!! Sporting Life offers a 30 day return/exchange policy on all products unopened or unused and returned in a new and saleable condition. Clearance products over 30% off are final sale. You must have your original receipt to claim a refund.

Online purchases may be returned or exchanged at any Sporting Life location along with a printout of the original order receipt sent along with the delivery.

RETURN PROCESS

You can return your purchase if postmarked within 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them. Instructions on how to return an item are also enclosed with your receipt. Items must be returned via UPS to our E-com Returns Department. Please email shipping.ecom@sportinglife.ca or call direct at 416-673-0843 if you have any questions.

When the returned item is shipped back to us, please use the original Sporting Life packing materials in which you received your order. If you ordered multiple items and are returning only one, you may want to choose a more appropriate sized carton.

* Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE FEES

Your return shipping label is pre-paid. You do not have to pay extra for it, and you will not be charged when you take your package to be dropped off at a UPS store or if you have made arrangements to have your package picked up. Instead, you will see the Returns Shipping and Processing fee reflected in your refund from Sporting Life. Example: If your item was $100, and it costs $10 to have it returned, your return value will be $90.

If you need to exchange a product because you have ordered the wrong size it will be handled on an even exchange basis. This means that you will pay for the item to be shipped back to Sporting Life using the provided Sporting Life Return Slip, and we will pay for the item to be shipped back to you.

* For certain cases, your original shipping fee may not be refunded.
