MIPS (MULTI-IMPACT PROTECTION SYSTEM)
MIPS is a system used to reduce the rotational forces on the brain in the case of oblique impacts. This is achieved by allowing a controlled rotation of the shell relative to the liner.
Construction through the use of Koroyd® and EPS allows for more vents to be placed throughout the helmet without sacrificing protection and comfort.
AirEvac uses a system of shell vents to actively pull warm, moist air out of the user's goggles and exhaust it out of the helmet to prevent fogging.
BOA® CLOSURE SYSTEM
The Boa® Closure System is the most revolutionary closure system on the market. The exceptionally durable and lightweight reels combine with aircraft grade stainless steel laces to provide smooth, even closure for a secure, comfortable and truly customized fit.
