Description

The Lange RS 70 SC is a perfect boot for little racers. Lange's Short Cuff is designed just for smaller skiers to have a good range of motion for an efficient energy transfer to drive their skis between the gates at top speed. The RS 70 has a natural stance that is more upright to work easier with skis with modern sidecuts. A Control Fit Liner has an instep pocket that will promote blood flow to keep toes warm, padding in all of the right places, and a one piece toe box that will keep your little racer comfortable.

Features

CONTROL FIT

Control fit shell engineering with a foot-scanning system allows for a more accurate and precise fit. An anatomically contoured heel cap, tapered mid-foot area, accurate in-step height, and asymmetrical toe box provide perfect wrapping all around the foot, correct position and retention of the foot using a modular step-in wrap, great heel cap deFINISH and retention and generous toe box volume without compromising the control and the performance.

POLYOLEFIN

Polyolefins are the largest group of thermoplastics, they are polymers of simple olefins such as ethylene and propylene. The term polyolefins means "oil-like" and refers to the oily or waxy feel that these materials have.

ALUMINUM

A low-density and corrosion-resistant metal with good durability and conductivity properties.

SHORT CUFF

Features a 15mm shorter cuff in back, 20mm shorter in front, allowing skiers with shorter leg shafts a more natural stance and range of motion.

FLEX INDEX

Flex being the reference to the ability of the skier to move the upper cuff of the boot forward when applying pressure by transferring their weight into the upper cuff. A number is assigned referring to the stiffness/ softness of the flex of the boot.

POLYURETHANE/ PU

Maintains high resistance to cold temperatures allowing ski boots to maintain flex rating on the slopes. This means that the boots can be made stronger while being manufactured thinner. It is also used for flexible gips on ski poles.
Fit & Sizing

Alpine Ski Boots Sizing Guide

Finding the right size ski boot comes down to Mondopoint sizing, a scale based on the length of your foot in centimeters from heel to the tip of your big toe. Try tracing your foot on a piece of paper for the most accurate measurement. Use this measurement along with the following chart to help choose your ski boot size.
