The large interior volume of the Knowledge Turbo Fan Goggle accommodates a wide range of eyeglass sizes while also fueling the fog-fighting performance of Smith's patented Turbo Fan technology. A universal lens tint combines rose and copper base tints to improve depth perception, increase contrast and cut glare in all weather conditions. Combined with the brand's proprietary 5X™ anti-fog inner lens, the Knowledge provides incredible performance and long-lasting comfort on the slopes.

Features

TURBO FAN VENTILATION

Turn this micro-electronic fan on when you get to the hill. In the low setting, the Turbo Fan system will run continuously all day long to exhaust moisture from inside the goggle. The high setting can be used to quickly exhaust moisture in extreme conditions. On the low setting the Turbo Fan system can run continuously for up to 50 hours on one AAA battery.

CARBONIC-X LENS

Carbonic-X lenses are individually molded to offer optimum scratch and impact resistance, increased visual acuity and enhanced contrast sensitivity. The inner lens is impregnated with Fog-X lens treatment for increased anti-fog performance. The Carbonic-X lens meets Class 1 optical standards as well as ANSI Z80.3 standards.

5X™ ANTI-FOG TECHNOLOGY

new 5X anti-Fog inner lens has been engineered to provide over five times the absorptive properties of anything on the market. Initial testing showed standard anti-fog lenses fogging between 30-50 seconds. Smith's proprietary, 5X anti-Fog treatment withstood fogging for over 120 seconds in controlled lab tests.

Carbonic lenses provide 100% UVA/B/C protection.

POREX™ FILTER

Structured to allow air molecules to pass through the filter while water molecules cannot. By utilizing this filter, the thermal lens is allowed to adjust to varying altitudes while preventing moisture from entering the space between the lenses. This is the world's strongest thermal lens barrier.

DRIWIX PERFORMANCE FACE FOAM

Dual layer DriWix compression-molded face foams seal out the wind and moisture for maximum comfort and performance.

QUICKFIT™

Plush compression fabric self-adjusts while conforming to the body like a second skin.

PIVLOCK™ TECHNOLOGY
