Description

G-1000® HEAVY DUTY

G-1000® HD is an extra hardwearing fabric. It is made from a blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton and is coated with a thin layer of Greenland Wax. It's water resistant, breathable, windproof, and it protects against harmful UV rays and annoying mosquitoes.

SUPREME MICROLOFT

Supreme Micro Loft is built of a special siliconized micro fiber with two different diameters, which creates unbeatable insulation. This insulation is lighter, more durable, and more thermally efficient compared to most other synthetic insulation materials. Thus the heat conservation capacity at a very low weight is great.

POLYESTER

A synthetic fiber that features quick drying time, high strength, abrasion resistance, and crease resistance; frequently blended with cotton, rayon, or other synthetics.

COTTON

Cotton is the most widely used fiber in the world. It has good strength, is extremely soft and comfortable, and since it's quick drying it is perfect to wear in hot weather conditions.

500 FILL POWER DOWN INSULATION

Down is a natural insulator with a high warmth-to-weight ratio. It offers excellent thermal properties, has good lofting characteristics and traps small pockets of air efficiently, which creates a thermal barrier. Higher fill-power down will insulate better than lower fill-power down of the same weight.

GOOSE DOWN INSULATION

Goose down is the finest lightweight insulator known. Goose down has larger clusters than duck down, resulting in better insulation. Its unique three dimensional structure creates thousands of tiny air pockets. These air pockets, trapped by the down fibres, provide the superior insulating ability that goose down is known for. Goose down is also extremely breathable compared to other materials. It allows water vapour to pass through, wicking it away through the filaments while retaining the warmth in the air pockets.

FEATHER

Features duck or goose feather insulation for superior warmth.

POLYAMIDE

An extremely durable polymer containing monomers of amides joined by peptide bonds.

Hint: For the most accurate results, measure yourself in your undergarments.

  • Neck: Measure around the base of your neck, inserting your forefinger between the tape and your neck to allow ease in fit.
  • Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.
  • Waist: Measure around your waist, slightly below your natural waist, where you normally wear your pants. Insert your forefinger between the tape and your body to allow ease in fit.
  • Sleeve Length: Bend your arm slightly. Measure from center back neck, across your shoulder, down to your elbow, down to your wrist.
  • Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, inserting your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow ease in fit.
  • Inseam: Measure a similar pant that fits you well. Measure along the inseam, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the hem.
