Sporting Life now offers curbside pickup for online orders at participating locations! Customers in these areas can now also order bikes online and safely pick them up at our stores. See below for more details!

How it works

Step 1

Place Your Order Online

To view product availability at your preferred location, click “Find in Store” when placing your order. Select your location. Close the window and select “Add to Cart.” During checkout, select “In-Store Pickup” under the delivery options.

Step 2

Wait for the “Ready for Pickup” Email

We’ll send you an email to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up. For your safety, please review the “Curbside Pickup Process” instructions and the order PIN number included in the email.

Step 3

Call 15 Minutes Before Arrival

When you are about 15 minutes away, please call the location and provide our staff with a description of your vehicle. Upon your arrival, communicate your PIN to our staff and pop your trunk open ready for our team to place your order in your trunk.

Ordering Online

You can view an item’s availability by selecting your preferred size and colour and then clicking the “Find in Store” button. If the item is available at your preferred location, click “Select Store” then close the window. Add the item to your cart. When checking out, ensure that “Pickup In-Store” is selected under “Delivery Options.”

We will send a “Ready for Pickup” email when your order has been processed and packaged.

At this time, we are no longer accepting online orders for bikes. Our teams are currently working to fulfill online bike orders placed before June 11, 2020, but will not receive new requests.

To purchase a bike, please visit any of our reopened locations.

Due to high order volumes, it may take 1-2 business days for our team to prepare your order.

No. Like our In-Store Pickup service, Curbside Pickup is free!

Curbside Pickup

Once your order is ready, a “Ready for Pick Up” email will be sent to you. When you are about 15 minutes away, please alert our staff by calling the store. Our team will ensure your order is ready and waiting for you by the designated entrance. Upon your arrival, communicate your PIN to our staff and pop your trunk open ready and our team will place your order in your trunk.

If your PIN does not match our records, your order will be returned to the store and we will investigate the order.

If you are picking up a bike, you will have the opportunity to safely inspect and test your bike, ensuring it’s up to your standards. If you need any adjustments, please let our team know. We will be more than happy to make any changes that will ensure a perfect fit.

We will send you a “Ready for Pickup” email once our team has finished preparing your order. Curbside pickup is only available during business hours. Please refer to our curbside pickup hours.

Your order will be available for pickup at the location’s parking lot entrance. Please have your “Ready for Pickup” email ready.

Yes. They will need to have a copy of your “Ready for Pickup” email with them to verify the PIN number.

Your Order

We will hold onto your order for a week. After that, we will get in touch with you to discuss delivery options.

We cannot process returns at our locations at this time. If you change your mind, we will be happy to assist you with the return once our stores have reopened.

We will only accept returns on items that are in its original condition: unworn, unused, and unwashed with all the original tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, swimwear, undergarments, or products that are worn or damaged.

Online Bike Orders

At this time, we are no longer accepting online orders for bikes. Our teams are currently working to fulfill online bike orders placed before June 11, 2020, but will not receive new requests.

Customers who have placed online orders for bikes prior to June 11, 2020, please note that a “Ready for Pickup” email will be sent to you once your bike has been built.

At the time of pickup, you will be asked to inspect your bike and ensure it meets your expectations. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will return the bike to our location at no extra charge and refund your purchase.

If you change your mind after a successful pickup has been made, we will be happy to assist you with the return once our stores have reopened. Refunds will only be issued if the purchased bike is returned in new condition: clean, undamaged, with no wear on tires, grips or seats. Returns made in-store are not subject to a restocking fee.

Please note that bikes cannot be shipped back to Sporting Life.
