Combining the versatility of water and air, the Everlast HydroStrike AirCore Heavy Bag can be set up and taken down with ease. The individual inner air compartment creates a traditional heavy bag shape while the outer water compartment provides an adjustable weight up to 100lbs with optimal impact absorption for ease on bones and joints. A dual-access pressurized water cap system gives you easy control over how much water goes in and out of the bag. The highly-durable PVC outer shell with overlaying heat welded seams ensures a strong seal for both the water and air compartments. Double-layer stitched panels reinforce the dual nylon strap with d-ring for hanging, while heat welded tie down from the bottom bag provides the ability to secure the heavy bag in place during training.
