Description

Overwhelm the opposition with the fast and powerful ASTROX. The Yonex ASTROX 88 D Game is a powerful choice for back court players that want their badminton racquet to give them a bit more power thanks to its medium flex shaft and head heavy balance. By applying the counterbalance theory, weight is distributed throughout the grip end, frame top and the joint for maximum control. The transition to the next shot can be performed smoothly, with rapid succession. The 10mm longer length provides powerful attacks.

Features

GRAPHITE COMPOSITION

Modern day racquets and paddles are made from a high modulus graphite, which is used to keep the frame lightweight and stiff for increased head stability and performance. These graphites and/or carbon fibres allow for more aerodynamic shapes to be made which increases the speed in which the racquet/paddle can travel through the air.

AERO+BOX FRAME

These Yonex racquets combine a solid hitting feel and quick swing.

ISOMETRIC

Isometric is a square head frame design employed by Yonex, that involves equalizing the length of the main and cross strings in the string bed. This head shape promotes increased stability and creates a bigger sweet spot to enhance control.

ROTATIONAL GENERATOR SYSTEM

By applying the counterbalance theory, weight is distributed throughout the grip end, frame top and the joint for maximum control. The transition to the next shot can be performed smoothly, with rapid succession.
