Fit & Sizing
Ski Poles Sizing Guide
Ski pole sizing is based on your height. As a general rule, correct sizing is achieved when a 90-degree angle is created while holding the poles upright with your biceps flat against your body and forearms bent upward. Some models offer adjustable sizing to accommodate different preferences. Use the following chart as an approximate guide to find the best pole size for you.
