Online Return Policy – Worry free returns!
Change your mind about your purchase? Did you buy the wrong gift? Are you dissatisfied with the product? No problem!
- Sporting Life offers a 30 day return policy for all online purchases. In order to qualify for a refund, please include your Sales Receipt in the parcel. All products must be unworn, unopened, and in original condition. If we receive your return after the 30 day time period or if the product is discounted by 30% or more, the return will go onto a Sporting Life gift card that will be sent to the shipping address on file.
- All other returns will be processed back to the original method of payment.
- All returns are subject to a $10.00 Restocking Fee. This is a flat fee and is charged per order, not for each item within an order. The $10.00 fee is reflected in your return amount, for example a return for $100.00 would translate into a return value of $90.00.
- Online purchases may also be returned or exchanged at any Sporting Life retail location along with a copy of the Sales Receipt. Please note that if you send your return back to the Sporting Life Online Store via Canada Post, we will only process your return once the parcel has been received at Sporting Life.
- Sporting Life does not offer returns or exchanges on undergarments, swimwear, or products that are worn or damaged.

Price Adjustment Policy:
Sporting Life will not honor price adjustments for orders previously placed before Black Friday Week, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day week and any Flash Sale or Time sensitive promotions.
Sporting Life will honor a one time price adjustment for orders placed online that are further marked down or go on sale. In order to qualify for a price adjustment you must contact our customer service department within a 14 day period of your order being placed and your size and color must be in available and in stock to qualify. Product and Price Discrepancies:
At Sporting Life, we carefully monitor product information and pricing to always ensure accuracy. Unfortunately, certain errors out of our control may occur from time to time. Please be advised that all prices are subject to change at any time and without any prior notice.
The items and prices available on the SportingLife.ca website, are not necessarily the same as the items and pricing within our "bricks and mortar" retail locations.
Online Exchange Policy:
If you would like to exchange a product you have received, please contact the Customer Service Department at +1-877-925-5585 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. All exchanges are pending stock availability of the item(s) you request and we cannot guarantee the item you request will be in stock.
Online Return Process:
To send your item(s) back to Sporting Life please contact our online customer service department at +1-877-925-5585 or by email email@example.com to obtain a free pre-paid return shipping label, please attach the prepaid Return to Sender label to the outside of the box. You can also drop your parcel off at your local Canada Post. Once we receive your parcel, we will process the return.
Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Paypal - Returns and Refunds:
If you choose to return an item from an online order that was purchased using Paypal to a retail store, Sporting Life cannot refund the Paypal account.
For refunds back to your paypal account please return your order to the Sporting Life Ecommerce Online Store, please contact our customer service department at +1-877-925-5585 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a free pre-paid Canada Post label. Sporting Life will then credit the paypal account used when processing your return. If you have any questions please contact customer service.
In Store Return/Exchange Policy:
Products purchased at regular price may be returned with the receipt within 14 days for a refund. For products that are returned after 14 days, a store credit will be issued. Merchandise that is discounted by 30% off or more may be returned with the receipt for an exchange or a store credit within 14 days of purchase.
There will be no refunds or exchanges on items without a receipt. All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Sporting Life does not offer returns or exchanges on undergarments, swimwear, or products that are worn or damaged.
